CP Speech, LLC. has a 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any session or evaluation cancelled within 12-hours of the scheduled session will be charged 100% of the reserved service rate. A “no-show” cancellation will also result in a 100% charge of the reserved service rate. 

Given the fact that CP Speech, LLC. is a traveling therapy company with an established schedule, make-up sessions may be accommodated at a mutually convenient time if a 12-hour notice is given and based on the therapist’s availability.

CP Speech, LLC. reserves the right to charge for cancelled or missed sessions without 12-hour notice, and I agree to pay these charges. CP Speech, LLC. understands that situations arise (i.e. an unexpected illness or personal emergency) where a cancellation is inevitable, and this will be taken into consideration case by case at the therapist’s discretion along with the frequencies of your cancellations.

Notification of cancellation must be reported in writing via text or email for documentation purposes. After three “no-show” cancellations, my child may be subject to removal from the therapist’s schedule.
